Our story
A master of many, not a jack of all
Founder Justin Jones is a licensed general contractor with additional licenses in electrical, roofing, HVAC and plumbing. That combination is rare, and it is the reason he became the contractor realtors across Tampa Bay call first.
Alongside his wife Stephanie, Justin also stars in Busted Cribs on Pure Flix, where the two of them buy, fix and transform property on camera. The work on the show is the work here: figure out what is actually wrong, fix it properly, move on.
There is more to Justin than the licenses. He has an eye for real estate and a heart committed to his faith, and both show up in how the company treats people who are having the worst week of their transaction.
How we got here
Twenty years of licenses, in order
- 2006
Justin Jones, a Florida native, established Heavenly Foundations. He held his general contracting, plumbing and roofing licenses at the time.
- 2018
Justin and Stephanie began flipping houses, and launched Busted Cribs, a faith-based flipping show airing on Pure Flix and YouTube.
- 2022
Justin sold Heavenly Foundations to focus on high end flipping and family, and acquired his HVAC and electrical licenses. That completed the set of five.
- 2024
Seeing a gap in the market for inspection repairs, Justin started 4Pt Punchlist: a repair service built specifically for realtors.
- 2025
The team grew and so did the map, adding Orlando, The Villages and Ocala, Lakeland and Sarasota.
