WDO repairs and wood rot
Wood destroying organism damage is one item Florida carriers and lenders will not overlook. We cut out compromised fascia, soffit, trim, decking and framing, treat adjacent areas, and install pressure treated or code approved lumber, then handle the siding, paint and finish carpentry that puts it back.
General home repairs
Drywall patches through door hardware adjustments. Small items, done to code, that keep a bind or a closing from slipping.
Foundation repair
Settlement cracks, uneven floors, deteriorating stem walls and compromised piers are the items that scare buyers, lenders and carriers at once. We work with licensed engineers where the scope requires it, then repair the drywall, flooring and exterior finishes the work disturbed.
Windows, tile and flooring
Broken seals, inoperable sashes and air leaks repaired or replaced. Tile, laminate and vinyl plank installed over properly leveled and prepared substrate.
Carpentry, painting and appliances
Trim, molding, cabinetry and built-ins, interior and exterior painting with full patch and prep, and dishwasher, oven, microwave and laundry installation with correct electrical and plumbing connections.
