Common hvac items on a 4-point
Air conditioning and heat pump repair
Straight cools through heat pumps. We resolve sealed system and refrigerant line issues, motors, coils and compressors, and we identify the fault quickly rather than guessing at parts.
Furnaces
Gas furnaces are less common in Florida but they are still in plenty of older homes. We diagnose and repair ignition systems, thermocouples, blower motors, flame sensors, limit switches and control boards, and replace end-of-life units with efficient equipment. Every gas appliance we touch gets a ventilation and carbon monoxide safety check.
Installation, including mini splits
Central air, mini splits, gas furnaces and heat pumps, sized with a Manual J load calculation, with ductwork evaluated and airflow balanced. Factory warranty backed.
Ductwork repair and replacement
Damaged, undersized or leaking ducts cost efficiency and comfort, and they show up on the report. We inspect, seal, repair and replace, and re-design the system when the deficiencies are major.
Duct cleaning and indoor air quality
Professional duct cleaning with high air movement equipment, plus high efficiency filtration, UV purification and dehumidifiers where a home needs them.
Ventilation and dryer vents
Attic fans, bath exhaust, range hoods and combustion venting verified sealed, routed and terminated outside. Dryer vent cleaning, repair and replacement, which is a fire risk item as often as an efficiency one.
Preventive maintenance
Electrical connections, safety controls, coil cleaning in place, drain line flush, refrigerant level and filters. Catching it early is what keeps it off the next report.
